can someone explain me the point of expediting 100000 issues at the same time?  everyone is nervous, running around like chickens.  the bottlenecks are tightening the pipes, complaining to upper management about every typo and it can easily be figured out in this environment that everyone is subject to disqualification.  why WHY why would i need the approvals from 6 people who are not impacted by work to be done?  bureaucrats?  idiots?  NO, Sarbanes-Oxley that is what it is.   lovely lovely lovely
